The effect of rationalization was surplus workers in all the departments. They were sent home with out wages. That was a sad thing and it was going to be a problem. It was not only permanent workers but also few extra workers who were sent home. I knew this is going to be a problem and started my home work silently.
With in a few days I had all the data and made a note and sent it to The Chairman and all the Directors.
I took leave and came home as it was over a year that I had forgotten my family and my City.
