Please read this. It is true. You can actually experiment and experience it yourself. Once you know, you must use that knowledge, for your own benefit, and for the benefit of everyone else around you. Best wishes.

The Power Of Words Over Water Can water be affected by our words?
Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist, believes so. And he has proof..

Dr. Emoto took water droplets, exposed them to various words, music, and environments, and froze them for three hours. He then examined the crystal formations under a dark field microscope. And he took photographs. The results were totally mind-blowing.

Here’s a photo of ordinary water without any prayer spoken over it. The molecular structure is in disarray.

The photo below is water after the prayer was said. It’s simply breathtaking. (I now have a great respect for praying before meals! More on this later.)

Dr. Emoto also exposed water to Heavy Metal music. Here’s how it looks like. Looks sad if you ask me.

Here’s water exposed to classical music and folk dance music.. Looks much better.

Next, Dr. Emoto stuck a piece of paper with these words: “You make me sick. I will kill you.” Here’s how the frozen water droplets looks like under the microscope.

Below is how water looked like with the words “Love” over it. The difference is amazing.

This is Polluted water…

This is water from Lourdes , France . Utterly beautiful, right?

Wait A Minute — Aren’t You Made Up Of Water? Yes! 72% of your body is made up of water. Imagine how your words affect your own body. When you say, “I’m a failure,” or “I’m hopeless,” or “I won’t get well,” imagine how these words weaken your health. Make a choice to say the best words out there. Say often, “I’m wonderful,” “I’m beautiful,” “I’m God’s child,” and “God has a great plan for my life!” It’s not only water.
Dr. Emoto also experimented with cooked rice. He placed one cup of cooked rice in two airtight jars. On one jar, he wrote, “I love you,” and on the other, “You fool.” Everyday for 30 days, Dr. Emoto would say these words to each jar of rice. After 30 days, the “I love you” rice was still white. But the “You fool” rice was so rotten, it was black. How can you explain this?

Just as a side note: When I was a child, my mother taught me to pray before meals. Now I realize it wasn’t just a nice thing to do. When I pray over my meal, I know a material transformation takes place in the molecular level of the food that I pray for. I say, “Be blessed,” to the water and food on the table—and I expect it to be blessed. I encourage you to speak words of truth. Dethrone the lies in your mind. Say, “I’m beautiful.” Say, “I’m a wonderful person.” Say, “I have a great future.” Say, “I’m anointed. I’m strong. I’m blessed.” Use your words to create your desired reality. May your dreams come true!
Gange cha Yamune chaiva Godavari Saraswati, Narmade Sindhu Kaveri jalesmin sannidhim kuru In this water, I invoke the presence of holy waters from the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Saraswati, Narmada Sindhu and Kaveri
I wonder what the crystal would look like then? If you want to know more about Dr Masaru Emoto & his research, you can visit:

[ Dr.Anthony Pais.Dr.Shilpy & Dr.Puvamma perform Gynacomastia surgery on me.]

I was afraid to show my breast to my Doctor since it was a thing not common in men and of my age

Dr.Manjunath Babu.,M D of Narayana Hrudayalaya saw my left breast with a lump under the nipple and advised me to show it to Dr.Antony Pais one of the best breast surgeons at Muzumdar Shah Cancer Center.

Dr.Anthony Pais saw my left breast nipple under which there was a lump and took immediate action to get a ultra sound test done for both the left and right breasts.

The Ultra Sound Scanner Machine showed a lesion with in the Lump.

The Doctor who did the ultra sound test said in his report that his impression was that 'An ill-defined irregular shaped hypoechoic solid lesion in the left retroaroeolar region - Recommended BIRADS IV and FNAC correlation. That Recommendation nailed me.
I had to have a sample to be drawn for Biopsy test.

The Biopsy sample was drawn by Dr.Anthony Pais immediately. It was 9 days of sleepless nights with sleeping pills that I had to endure to get the result and I was declared 90% out of danger.I asked the Doctor if I can take it as 100% but he said a flat NO.I wanted 100% and he said get the entire thing out by surgery and may be you will be Lucky to get 100%.So I had to under go surgery. The day was fixed and my kids were not informed of my surgery as the Biopsy test has declared my Gynaecomastia was 90% free from any malignancy. My son had told it was a cosmetic surgery done as a procedure in the hospital where his wife was a Doctor.

My wife was with me and that was enough for me as I knew her presence was the only thing I wished if something went wrong.By Gods grace nothing went wrong.

I saw at the sample in the glass bottle and was wondering how a hair size sample can give as out of danger by 90%. This made me go in for surgery. With worried look on her face my wife sent me in to the Operating Theater.

My Wife took this picture as Dr.Shilpy came to take me to the OT.

The surgery took 90 minutes and the full lump was taken out from under my Left breast nipple. My wife took a picture of it.

The sample was sent for Biopsy and I had to wait 9 days to get the result with sleepless nights even with sleeping pills.

A cut closed and a tube to get the blood accumulated inside the cut with a bag I was out wondering when my pain will start. There was no pain which was a surprise.

I was in the hospital for 6 days very well looked after by Dr.Anthony Pais and his team of Doctors and Nursing staff at MUZUMDAR SHAH Cancer Center.

The Biopsy of the entire lesion in thelump showed that there was no evidence of Malignancy.

Good Bye to you dear Doctors I am 100% out of danger by Gods grace.

[ We both at Govt Guest House - Nehru House,Nandi Hills.]

Get away from the concrete jungle.

Nandi Betta a place to behold.

A saying in the local kannada language goes as follows: "Nandi betta nodadavanu, keladavanu, handi ginta kade", which roughly translates to,

"One who has not seen or heard of Nandi hills is worse than a pig". So, if you take old sayings seriously, Nandi Hills is a must see. The good

news is the place is only an hour's journey from the heart of Bangalore.

Nandi Hills located in the Chikkballapur district of Karnataka, is about 60 kms from Bangalore. It provides a very relaxing getaway for a city dweller, who is longing to breath some clean air and empty one's mind of cares and worries. Being a hill station steeped in natural beauty, people can not only enjoy the clean natural air, but relieve their stress and tension amidst natural surroundings. Painters, photographers, or writers can find the location inspiring and motivating for their creativity. Couples with children can relax while the children play in the natural habitat amid parental supervision. The place has an added advantage of being close to Bangalore International Airport and a few Star hotels. Nandi Hill is located to the north of Bangalore, while all the major urban development is focused in south Bangalore. Thus, the place offers a respite from all the hustle and bustle of a typical city attraction. Nandi Hills, also is a place for history buffs, looking to educate themselves on local heritage and culture. During the Chola dynasty, the place was called Ananda Giri (or Hill of Happiness). Later, Tippu Sultan built a fort on the hill and it came to be known as Nandidurga (or Nandi Fort).

For those who are looking forward to stay can find comfortable accomodation at the Guest House controlled by the Department of Horticulture, Karnataka. A stay at the Guest house, however, requires a letter of authorization from the Superindent of Horticulture at Lalbagh Gardens, Bangalore. With letter you can reach the hill top and enjoy the serenity, beauty, and peace for at least a couple of days.

Despite being close to an International Airport and a major software hub, the sad fact is that there is not even a sign board on the NH 7 (from Bangalore to Hyderabad) guiding weary city dwellers the route to the renowned Nandi Hills. One can see the fort fallen in disrepair with weeds growing on the ramparts that signify of a once majestic citadel. Tourism offers such a ripe opportunity for India to not only promote its heritage, but also act as a substantial revenue earner that it is very unfortunate that whoever takes charge of Tourism ministry has failed to make any deep impact.Tourism Minister of the country has never been a part and parcel of our national plans to any thing big and mighty. If a minister says he is in charge of tourism it means he is inefficient and the ruling party wants the fellow to enjoy the power and perks and not make plans for his portfolio allotted to him.

The Archeological Survey of India is one typical branches of the government that typically takes charge of maintaining the country's culture and glorious heritage. Why is it that the various departments that manage this landmark have not only failed to generate significant interest and attract tourists, but also have neglected their duty to better manage and preserve an important aspect of local heritage.

We are not the people to ask any question and even if we do we know the response we get from the people in power. There is no solution to all these problems in our country. The Late G.D.Naidu of Coimbatore who was a born engineer who manufactured India's first shaving blade and Radio has an institute for training in mechanical engineering and there when I saw a sign board that he has put up which reads as " Construction for Destruction " reminds me quite often when I see the things as shown in the pictures above I saw at Nandi Hills.

[ Buy and Sell but Why.]

(My home purchased & Sold after as mentioned this is the only picture with my Grand Daughter)
If you have purchased a property to your own use to live and be happy to live, how long you wish to live. The Life of a property depends on its construction, use, maintenance, skill used in proper use of all items of the structure for maintenance. My home where I lived was 6 years old and ground floor. I constructed a 2 Bed Room apartment over the 6 year old structure. The contractor who built my First Floor, used the labour and materials to build a first floor of his house. I was not present and told my relative to supervise which he did to his full satisfaction by visiting or calling the contractor to his house and finished the first floor and he did send me the accounts as he had kept with the result there was a significant increase/ decrease in the amount paid and spent. I could not collect the difference because he was my relative and did not ask me if his account was accepted and I waited for his reply. Neither he asked nor I asked, result I lost.

Moral - Give construction supervision to a known Civil Engineering experience contractor.

After few years I wanted to construct a Bed Room over my Car garage I gave the oral contract to my relative who after several years of teaching had the title Proof of Civil Engineering in a local college. I was not present during construction and the result was he did not construct a Balcony to my Bed Room or a Bath Room with a WC and toilet with hot water connections from the existing bath room. When I asked after he said the work was over, he said the ground floor has no foundation and so he finished the work. I told him I will do it, I did only the Bath Room and for Balcony there was no provision made by ground floor when garage was constructed.

Moral - Make a master plan for utilization of ground floor by a reputed civil engineering firm.

Knowing all the problems I asked my Mill civil engineer to make a plan after examining ground floor fully from foundation to civil construction details. He did it and said he can make the plan after demolishing the ground floor as all material used in construction was sub standard. Mud was used in walls. Water proofing materials were not used, wood for doors and windows were not wood worm proof and foundation was with out strength for further construction.

Moral - Purchase a plot of minimum 2,400 sq. ft. or more and plan what you want for 60 years and allow all your plans to be made as per your resources and needs to be built.

Fed up, I tried to sell but all those who came to see quoted prices very much lower than market price and also I had not got from the previous owner the Mother Sale Deed. When I asked the broker he said it is because my plot was a BDA plot and to obtain a Mother Deed it will be a herculean task expenses to get it from BDA will be unimaginable. Besides my house was neighboring a small hut and there was a construction of a temple owned by a old women sanyasi who was not friendly and the Shadow of my house fell on temple and it was not a good Vaastu sign. However I sold it after years and it was sold very much less than Market Price I was so depressed I never verified the actual market price from correct sources it was regrettable experience in selling.

Moral - Consult many persons on land and building with every one including a Vaastu man and never rush to settle with a broker.

I Construct a Villa.

(Because Villa was, talk of the day.)

A half constructed model Villa I purchased from the Developer and Builder  and with minor changes in the constructions specifications  I completed the Villa and occupied it after paying the D&B his dues as per construction agreement and requested the receipt for the amount with actual cost of construction materials and specifications. There was no reply for my e-mails and letters. I stayed for over 2.5 years. My son visited the place twice and complained that the 6 KM road from the NH 4 wss a disastrous road and more than 100 KM from Airport making the journey more uncomfortable than his journey of 21,000 KM. He was not happy with just a couple of Houses and maintenance of villa of the entire number of plots not even walkable in just un asphalted roads in the area from entrance to the Main Gate from Main Road and all roads inside the layout. He also saw the unfinished cleaning and handing over of the Villa in most unsatisfactory condition. My daughter soon visited but she found that travelling alone from Airport to the Villa in the middle of night and travelling again to Airport from villa alone for 100 KM in the night made her think and worry daily.

Adding fuel to fire the domestic help was a villager and my wife who has never had a maid as a villager found her very uncooperative and difficult to get replacement. This was the same predicaments in case of Cook and Driver. The other houses were unfriendly as we belonged to upper caste.

I had purchased the plot next to our Villa which was the previous office of the D&B and converted it my office and rest room. The 2 A/C Bed rooms specially furnished for my son and daughter was on the first floor climbing the stair case for years my wife had developed knee joint pain and doing the same here escalated her pain and knee surgery was most necessary as bone joints were touching at a point and it was very necessary for knee replacement. After the surgery it was impossible for my wife to live a single day with out pain and physiotherapy was a dire need. We had to move back to Bangalore and I did it with out taking any household items and offered the house for sale in advertisement. It was the same story again people would come and say it is this and that.

After 1 & 1/2 years of waiting I sold it again at a loss.

Moral - It is my Fate.
