What is he doing in my blog?.

He was the man responsible in my professional career so that I start my prof journey from that of a floor level asst to the senior most post of Spinning Superintendent of the Spinning in a composite
Mills.. I had worked as a Sr Spg Asst under Mr.H.P Wadia, Spinning Superintendent of M/S.Century Spinning & Manufacturing Co,Ltd, Bombay, Now name changed as Mumbai. I had seen him controlling the spinning dept of a mill which was the largest spinning unit of south Asia. I had no idea I would hold this post in any mill in south India. My gratitude to Mr.B.H.Shah is above any other person in my life and that is mentioned in my personal book on Gratitude written, to whom I owe my gratitude in my life.

My First Boss in South India.

My Boss was a Spinning Master / Asst Manager and he was promoted as Manager of another unit of the group's textile mills and his superior was Promoted as General Manager at the Group's Head Office. AS he was a favorite of the entire staff of the mills and his superior a top of all Managers of all textile mills in the area was also prominent person in the textile fraternity I arranged a farewell party to both of them as I was happy that I might also get a promotion all the technical and administrative staff joined and it was a good party.

Nothing like what I expected that never happened even though I was a senior most qualified and well experienced and kept in charge of all the shifts in spinning. But the person who was transferred from No2 Mills to my Mill which was a composite mill got transferred as per his designation which was Spinning Master / Asst Manager.So there was no vacancy of spinning master in my mill to which he was transferred. However there was a vacancy of Spinning Master since my superior was having a designation as spinning master / Asst Manager and he was promoted and transferred as Manger of to the mill no.2. The Asst Spinning Master junior to me less experienced than me of that No.2 Mill was promoted as he was senior to others in that mill. I was not considered by the Manager of No2 Mill though he known me well. Knowing all this I approached my friend known to me who was my boos who went transferred as Gen Manager to HO of the group and explained my plight as I had worked for 9 years under him and he knew me and my work under him. Nothing happened for few months. The New Mill Manager and Spg Master/ Asst Manager were good to me and they treated me well and allowed me to work as I did my work.

My Manager was transferred to Head Office at Madras.(Now Chennai)

All Managers and all staff of the Mills were present during the farewell party.

Jaipur: Sawai Mas Singh (SMS)Hospital doctors here have successfully treated an Italian caronavirus patient using a combinationvirus of HIV,swine flu and malaria drugs. The patient,who has now tested negative for Covid-19 had come to India along with her husband as part of a 23 member Italian group that had travelled tourist destinations in Rajasthan.

Her husband was the first in the group to be diagnosed with the disease. National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune, Had confirmed him as a Covid-19 case on March 3. The nextday his wife also tested positive for Covid -19 case. SMS doctors first treated her with a combination of two drugs useful in HIV treatment. "We gave her with a combination Lopinavir 200 mg/Ritonavir 50mg twice daily" said Dr.Rohit Kumar, additional Chief secretary (health department).

Singh said ICMR was satisfied with the protocol of having a combination of twoHIV drugs as she was given Oseltamivir,useful in swine flu treatment,and Chloroquine, useful in the treatment of malaria.TNN
